The service
RingTab is operated by Ringtab Inc. ("we"). We provide AI-powered ordering for restaurants over phone and WhatsApp, plus a dashboard for managing menus, orders, and settings. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Restaurant responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices, hours, and tax settings; for fulfilling orders the service takes on your behalf; and for complying with laws that apply to your business, including notifying customers of call recording where required.
Billing
Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Usage-based charges are billed per minute of AI call handling as described at signup. You can cancel anytime; charges already incurred are not refunded.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to send spam, violate messaging regulations, or misrepresent your business. We may suspend service for abuse, non-payment, or where required by our carriers and platform partners.
Service quality
We work hard to make the AI accurate, but no automated system is perfect. The service is provided "as is"; our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the month the issue arose.
