Who we are
RingTab is operated by Ringtab Inc. We provide AI ordering for restaurants over the phone and WhatsApp. When you call or message a restaurant using RingTab, you are interacting with our service on that restaurant's behalf.
What we collect
To take and fulfill your order we process: your phone number, the contents of your call or messages (including recordings and transcripts), your order details, and — for delivery — the address you provide. Restaurant owners using our dashboard also provide account and business information.
How we use it
Order information is shared with the restaurant you ordered from so they can prepare and fulfill your order. Recordings and transcripts help the restaurant review orders and help us improve accuracy. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your conversations for advertising.
Service providers
We rely on established infrastructure providers to operate — including telephony, messaging, speech processing, AI language services, and cloud hosting. Each processes data only to provide the service.
Messaging consent
When you message a restaurant on WhatsApp or receive an order confirmation by SMS, those messages relate directly to your order. Reply STOP to opt out of order texts at any time.
Retention & your rights
We keep order and conversation records as long as the restaurant needs them for operations and legal compliance. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us; where the restaurant controls the data, we will route your request to them.
